Kindly review our T&C's before booking.  If you book an appointment please kindly review our full list of policies and comprehensive terms and conditions below to ensure a seamless and enjoyable salon experience.  By booking an appointment with C &Co you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, Terms of Sale and Cancellation Policy, as well as consenting to any cancellation charges. It is the clients responsibility to view these terms prior to their booking to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Do You Have Parking?
    Yes! We have ample street parking right out the front of both our salons in Kensington.
  • What are your studio hours?
    Our opening hours are: Monday: CLOSED Tuesday: 9am to 8pm Wednesday: 9am to 5pm Thursday: 9am to 4pm Friday: 9am to 5pm Saturday: 8am to 3pm Sunday: CLOSED
  • What if I am late to my appointment?
    If you are more than 15 minutes late for your booking, we may not be able to perform your complete service or may need to re-book, as it can affect other client bookings. While we do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we are a very busy salon and hence we have a very tight booking schedule.
  • Will I receive an appointment confirmation text?
    YES! You will receive a confirmation message 72 hours before your appointment, please reply YES to confirm or call/text the salon on 93672009 to reschedule.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    We require a small deposit to secure the appointment. This will roll over for your future bookings. If you need to reschedule, the deposit will stay on your account to secure your new appointment time. If you cancel/no show, we will take this as your cancellation fee and a new deposit will be required for your next booking.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Please advise that we have a strict cancellation policy. All clients must pay $100 to secure an appointment over two hours long. This deposit can be made over the phone, and is NON-REFUNDABLE. We send a confirmation text two days prior as a reminder. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. Insufficient notice will result in forfeit of deposit. A new deposit will be required to book your next appointment. We appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations/no-shows are a loss of business for us.
  • Are you open to collaborations?
    Yes! We love collaborating with other industry professionals. Working with photographers, videographers, models & makeup artists are all part of our day-to-day.
  • How Can I Book An Appointment?
    To book a hair appointment with us, please visit this link via Timely. Service prices are to be used as a guide only, and C &Co Studios reserve the right to update any pricing as we see fit.
  • What Products Do You Use?
    We believe in quality products which is why we offer products from global and industry leaders Kerastase and Wella.
  • Do you guarantee your work?
    We sure can! We guarantee all of our work, and if you’re not happy with your colour/cut, then we have a 10 day redo policy for you to contact the salon so we can rectify the issue for you.
  • What do you specialize in?
    All of our staff our colour specialists and we specialise in blondes, balayage & colour correction.
  • How long will my appointment take?
    A typical colour service is around 3-4 hours, which includes enough time for a consultation, colour application, cutting and styling. Please keep in mind that any major colour changes or colour corrections will need more time, or several appointments to achieve your desired look.
  • Special Considerations
    For any kinds of special consideration that may affect your appointment (such as allergies, skin conditions, disabilities, etc) not advised at the time of booking, please contact us direct so we can best accommodate your needs. While all care is taken, we cannot guarantee our treatments are free from allergens or appropriate for certain medicals conditions. Please seek advice from your healthcare professional prior to your booking.
